We offer refunds and exchanges only for the following reasons:

Product damaged upon delivery.

If you receive a different product than the one you ordered, you are eligible for a refund.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery confirmation. We will inspect the returned product and offer refunds or exchanges as appropriate. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

NOTE: Under no circumstances will we issue refunds for custom t-shirts due to the nature of these products, nor will we offer refunds for delivery delays prior to our guaranteed 40-day timeframe.

At our store, we strive to offer you fast and efficient shipping. Delivery times vary depending on location and product type, but we work to ensure you receive your orders as quickly as possible.

• Shipping to Spain (Peninsula) : Estimated delivery time is 10 to 12 business days from order confirmation.
• International Shipping : : Estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days from order confirmation.
